How do I pick the right size?
Sizes run by age: Size 1 fits 0 to 6 months, Size 2 fits 7 to 12 months, Size 3 fits 13 to 18 months, Size 4 fits 19 to 24 months, and Size 5 fits 2 to 3 years. Babies vary, so when you can, measure the foot heel to longest toe and use the free size finder. Between sizes? Go up. They'll grow into it in a few weeks.
How long does delivery take?
Ships in 1 to 2 business days. Tracked US delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships. International orders take longer and ship for a flat $7.99.
Can I return or exchange a pair?
Yes, within 30 days, as long as the pair is unworn and still in its original packaging. Email returns@grookz.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Wrong size? Let us know and we'll help you swap it.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and let them air dry. Skip the dryer so the rubber sole keeps its grip.
Are the soles safe for new walkers?
Yes. The sole is thin and flexible so your baby can still feel the floor, which pediatric guidance favors for learning to walk, and the rubber grip helps on slippery surfaces. For outdoor play on rough ground, a sturdier shoe is a better fit.
