How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders below $50, shipping costs a flat $4.99 for orders in the United States and $7.99 for international orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping time varies depending on item availability and the destination address. We provide an estimate on the time to deliver the order on each product detail page.

In general, orders are shipped between 1-2 business days. After that, orders from the US are delivered in 1-2 weeks while orders from other countries are delivered in 1-3 weeks.

Depends on the availability of items in your order, you may receive separate packages.

Where will my order be shipped from?
We have warehouses in California, New Jersey, Turkey, and China. Orders in the United States will be fulfilled from our US warehouses unless they are out of stock in which case they will be shipped from Turkey or China. International orders will be fulfilled from Turkey or China.

Can I expedite my order/shipment?
We offer expedited shipping for international orders via DHL. If you need something expedited, please let us know by emailing info@mybabyskippers.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is the Shipping Life-cycle of my order?

Handling time at the warehouse : 1 - 2 working days

Shipping time takes approximately:

3-5 day delivery when in the United States, Canada, and Europe

6-10 day delivery when in the Gulf Region, Australia, and Asia

14-21 day when delivery is to Russia

REST OF THE WORLD: We normally don’t ship to other countries, but if you have any suggestions, please feel free to contact us.

***Keep in mind that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.
